You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement by sending us an email to support@wood-inlays.com. After that, you are entitled to 100% refund. After 3 days, no cancellation allowed as production process starts and the wood would be cut to your sizes.
